Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tillamook, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The placement of a 4" thick, two layer hot-mix asphalt around the new hatchery building. Install parking curbs, striping, and signage as shown on the drawings. A curb and catch basin will need to be installed on the South side of the building. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to perform paving improvements as shown in the Contract Documents Project Start Date: May 10, 2021 Substantial Completion: on or Before May 31, 2021 Final Completion: on or Before June 11, 2021 Liquidated damages of $500 per day will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB.
