Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Tillamook, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center.
DBids are being solicited by the Tillamook County Transportation District (the Project) for a general contractor to remodel their existing office building and their Transit Center. The Project is funded by Tillamook County Transportation District. Tillamook County Transportation District will administer the funds and Planning Solutions Architecture, Inc. will administer the Project. In General the Project consists of two parts to be completed: PART 1: Remodeling the ~240 sf Breakroom, Paint the ~ 460 sf hall, and remodel the ~230 sf dispatch area of an existing 11,000 square foot single story wood framed office building. The project location is 3600 Third St., Tillamook, Oregon. PART 2: Remodeling the ~430 sf waiting and office areas of the existing 775 sf Transit Center. Exterior work includes replacing the extruded building lettering on the East façade, adding HVAC cooling to the waiting/office areas, replacing a damaged decorative streetlight and removing the sculpted bench at 2nd St. and Laurel Ave. The project location is 204 Laurel St., Tillamook, Oregon It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with all state and federal rules and regulations related to Federal Transit Administration (FTA) construction projects, and local and state building codes and requirements. Minority, Women and Emerging Small Businesses are encouraged to participate.
