In general, the project consists of renovating approximately 1,470 sf of existing interior space so as to refinish and repurpose as required to service the intended new occupancy of FMD resource and classroom. Work shall include selective demolition; new It. ga mel frmg. w/ gyp bd assemblies; resilient fin flrg.; paintg; int. wd doors/ h.m. ffames/hdwre; millwork; specialty items; and related MEP elements, all in accordance with the contract documents. Due to the ease ofsharing electronic information in a third party arrangement or partial context, bidders are cautioned to reference the Instruction to Bidders Article 3.1.3 and the responsibilities for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of bidding documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid greater than $100,000.00, in the amount of 5 percent ofthe bid amount. Bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond issued/executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the commonwealth of Kentucky or a certified check.
