The North Marshall Water District will receive sealed proposals for Treatment Process Improvements at the Carter Brien Water Treatment Plant. The project consists of providing and installing a pre-engineered duplex GAC treatment system, climate con-trolled pre-engineered metal building, piping, controls and re-lated improvements. After a thorough review of all proposals received, a contract may be awarded to the firm that submits the most responsive propos-al subject to review by governmental agencies with regulatory jurisdiction over the North Marshall Water District. Firms inter-ested in providing a proposal must be able to demonstrate the ability to supply the required equipment and perform all required work by providing references of successful completion of a min-imum of three (3) similar projects in recent history. In addition, the successful firm must be able to provide assurance of a reli-able source of filtration media with price guarantees for the peri-od specified in the procurement documents. All proposals may be evaluated considering cost, value, quality of workmanship, reliability, experience, expertise, reputation, ser-vice, availability, location, timeliness, quality, convenience, refer-ences, and specification compliance.
