Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received respective to each separate facility and/or respective to all three facilities combined into a single Bid. Other combinations of multiple facilities will not be considered. This project includes removal & installation of single-ply membrane and metal/shingle roofing assemblies for three separate facilities. In general, work shall include complete demolition/disposal of select areas of existing roofing assemblies along with providing/installing new roofing assemblies, accessories and flashings in accordance with the contract documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid greater than $100,000.00, in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond issued/executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the commonwealth of Kentucky or a certified check. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
