Project Description: In general, the project consists of' reroof approximately 9,300 sf of existing low slope membrane roofing with new single ply membrane roofing assemblies. Work shall include both partial and complete demolition/ disposal of existing roofing assemblies along with providing/installing new' roofing assemblies, accessories and flashings in accordance with the contract documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid greater than $100,000.00, in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond issued/executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the commonwealth of Kentucky or a certified check. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Document note: . After fourteen days no refunds will be paid for returned Plans and Specifications. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional seis over two may be purchased for $300.00 with no refund. 2. A non refundable amount determined by and payable to River City Printing shall be required.
