REPLACEMENT OF TWO BRIDGES ALL-54-2.80 BILLMAN ROAD OVER AYERS CREEK & BEN-21-4.80 STANGE ROAD OVER TURTLE CREEK. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Instructions to Bidders. All work shall be carried out in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that apply to the work. Any project specification item in conflict with a federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation, shall be void. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to the best interest of the County. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 307.87 this shall serve as notification that this notice is available on Ottawa County's internet web site.
