Site work for a civil project in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the Construction Services Support of the Army Water Line - Integrity Assessment (AWL IA). The work will include installation and removal of temporary 6" PVC conduits that extend to the top of the AWL Ductile Iron Pipe at 10 locations between Watertown and Fort Drum. The work will also include opening and maintaining excavations near Water Street in Watertown and BPS-2 on Fort Drum. At one excavation on Fort Drum, a 12x20-inch line-stop-sleeve must be installed.
