Site work for a water / sewer project in Hallettsville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of repaint improvements to the Rhodes 250,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank that will incorporate an abrasive blast and recoat of tank interior, a pressure wash and recoat of tank exterior, and miscellaneous tank improvements; and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete project. ach Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an approved Bidder's bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total bid, payable to the City of Hallettsville, Texas without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) days after the award of contract. The City of Hallettsville has established a target commencement date for construction activities as June 14, 2021. The projected completion date is estimated to be September 12, 2021. The City of Hallettsville reserves the right to phase the construction of the Project or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the City of Hallettsville due to modifications in scope. The owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the owner that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work therein.
