Waterworks improvements: 850,000 Gallon Steel Ground Storage Tank in Gonzales, Texas: The complete cleaning and repainting of the interior surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: repair of concrete; furnishing and installation of elastomeric check valve for the discharge end of the overflow pipe, shell manhole, exterior shell ladder, ladder safe-climbing device, vandal deterrent, roof safety railings, roof manhole, and clog-resistant roof vent; removal of interior painter's rail; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items.
