The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified professionals and design firms to provide a comprehensive, brand-focused theme and design of signage for primary City facilities and points of interest. The end product will give the City a reference guide for using the City's brand for signage and/or landscapes of existing and future facilities. Any questions that proposers wish to have addressed, and which might require an addendum, may be directed to Noah Steele, Community and Economic Development Director, in writing at nsteele@syracuseut.com. Questions must be submitted in writing by no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. If the City deems necessary, a written addendum will be issued by 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 22, 2021. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
