As of January 25, 2022, a consulting firm has been awarded for this project. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Port of Palm Beach Port Infrastructure Development Consulting Services The Port of Palm Beach is requesting qualifications from Engineering Consulting Firms, for the Design, Engineering and Construction Management of the projects anticipated under the Port Infrastructure Development Program. This CCNA procedure is classified as Work of a Specific Nature and will be awarded thru the procedure outlined in the State of Florida Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act. The Request for Qualifications will be available on the Port's website on Monday April 12, 2021. As applicable, the Purchasing Department is no longer holding public bid/proposal openings due to the provisions of Section 119.071 (1)(b) F.S., the Florida Public Records Law. Therefore the Port is not required to provide information until the earlier of the Port providing notice of an intended decision, or until thirty (30) days after the opening of bids/proposals. Further if the intended decision is to reissue the solicitation, the Port is not required to provide information until notice of an intended decision concerning reissued solicitation or until the reissued solicitation is withdrawn. The selection of the qualified team shall be in accordance with Florida Statues 287.055 , The Consultants Competitive Negations Act. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
