Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Brownstown TWP, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The following general areas of work will be performed: Civil paving, sidewalk, crack sealing, sewers, access gate and fence, manhole modification, truck loading access platform and site restoration Structural concrete surfaces repairs, coatings, expansion joint replacement and other repairs/modifications Architectural roof replacement, masonry pointing and repairs, doors replacement and painting Miscellaneous metals, including handrails, structural columns and beams, grating, etc. Process submersible pumps, grit vortex impeller pumps, rotary lobe sludge pumps, centrifugal SFE pumps and strainers, grit removal equipment and final clarifiers. Piping, valves and slide gates Mechanical H&V air handling units, roof-top units, ventilation fans, ancillary work and controls Emergency generators, MCCs, VFDs, disconnect panels, conduit and wiring, etc. Control panels, PLC replacement, software and algorithm migration, SCADA replacement and existing system controls integration Collection system submersible pump station and bypass pumping, flow meters and telemetry upgrades questions are now due 5 PM Wednesday April 28th
