The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Maintenance dredging of the Lake Erie Metropark marina and channel including turbidity curtain, and all incidental construction at Lake Erie Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
