Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,200-square-foot educational facility.

The project consists of a construction of a new pole barn. Replacement of existing membrane roof system and associated construction.. All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidders List. Bidders attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above. The work shall commence on May 17, 2021 and shall be substantially complete no later than August 23, 2021
