Contract 2024-1 - 8 Water Line Replacement Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security That Shall Not Be Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Total Base Bid; a Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder; and a Statement of Bidders Qualification. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Refer to Additional Information and Other Bidding Requirements Described in the Contract Documents. Attention is Called to the Provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and the Wage Rate Requirements Set Forth in the Contract Documents. Lccc is an Equal Opportunity Employer. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty Days Subsequent to the Opening of the Bids Without Consent of Lccc. LCCC Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, Defects, Errors, or Omissions in, or to Reject Any or All Bids, Proposals, or Parts Thereof.
