Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and to complete the excavation, foreign borrow, subbase, grading, paving, inlets, frame and grates, piping, stormwater basins, seeding and mulching, and erosion and sediment controls. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. Questions Due Date: Jun 12th 2024, 3:00 PM EDT Questions may be submitted via PennBid. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. City of Nanticoke reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of NINETY (90) days.
