Renovation of a multi-residential development in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contracts were awarded as follows: 2 - General Construction: Multiscape ($351,460) 3 - Automatic Entry Doors: Panzitta ($88,750) 4 - Boilers: Don Cooper ($149,000) The project will be completed under the following contract(s) : Contract No. 2023 - 2 - General Construction @ Park Towers Contract No. 2023 - 3 - Automatic Entry Door Upgrades @ Various Sites Contract No. 2023 - 4 - Boiler Replacement @ Apollo Circle & Nanticoke Terrace Lower Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall not be less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Total Base Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the Bids, without consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke.
