Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents.
