Renovation of an educational facility in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Building #5. The address is as follows: Luzerne County Community College 1333 S. Prospect St., Nanticoke PA 18634 (Parking is available in the main lot) The scope of work for the project consists of the renovation of the existing restrooms in buildings 4 and 5 including new finishes, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and miscellaneous electrical work. LCCC Building 4 and 5 Restroom Renovation: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: Plumbing Construction Each BID, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. LCCC reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above.
