Newport Township The Township of Newport requires professional services and advice for the following project: Survey, Design, Bidding Documents and Construction Management and Inspection for 14 ADA Ramps in Orchard and Apple Streets in Glen Lyon and the milling and paving of Spring, Line, and Fairfield Street The Township of Newport is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written Request for Proposal for this project. The Township/shall negotiate a contract with the firm that submits the most advantageous proposal, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Township determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the Township be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, the Township shall then undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
