The work locations are: 1.) 242-246 State Route 11, Hunlock Creek, PA 2.) 12 South Mill Street, West Nanticoke, PA 3.) 74-76 Allen Street, West Nanticoke, PA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work shall consist of the following: The clearing and demolition of all existing structure(s) (i.e. buildings, homes, detached garages, septic systems, oil/fuel tanks, paved areas, driveways, etc.) on the indicated parcel(s) and the grading and seeding of all disturbed areas and all incidental work related thereto in a manner such that the impacted parcel(s) drain properly and can be mowed and maintained by the Township. The work includes three (3) residential/commercial properties. If the Bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into the contract after being given the award, the Bid Security shall be used as liquidated damages by the Authority for the Bidder's failure or refusal to comply.
