Renovation of a multi-residential development in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of Contract No. 2025-02 Interior Renovations at Multiple Sites and Contract No. 2025-03 Generator Replacement at Nanticoke Towers. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than ten percent of the total base bid. The successful bidder must provide a satisfactory performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. Bidders must submit their bid on the Bid Form provided, without alterations. All bidders must be registered on the A+E Group's Bidders List, and contracting documents must be obtained from the A+E Group. Equal Employment Opportunity provisions and minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Non Technical Specifications apply. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the Housing Authority.
