BIDS are invited for: Demolition/Site Clearance - 420 E. Washington St., Nanticoke CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are on file at Penneastern Engineers, 165 North Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, Pa 18702. Bids will be rejected from any bidder not registered with the Engineer. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates apply to any contract over $25,000.00. The project is funded by a grant established under the American Rescue Plan Act for COVID-19 ARPA Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for Non-Entitlement Units (NEUS) that is administered from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development and all requirements of this Authority are to be met by the Bidders.
