Renovation of a multi-residential development in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project will be completed under thefollowing contract(s): Contract No. 2024-1 Boiler Replacement at Nanticoke Towers Each Bid when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall not be less than ten (10%)percent of the amount of the Total Base Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactoryPerformance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Instruction toBidders. Bidders must submit their Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway. All Bidders must beregistered on the A+E Groups Bidders List All contractors andsubcontractors will be required to adhere to Section - 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended. TheHousing Authority of the City of Nanticoke reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities,irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent tothe opening of the Bids, without consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke.
