Renovation of an educational facility in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consist of the replacing the existing large skylight and associate work in the atrium of the building. Technology Center - Atrium Renovation: Contract No. 1 - General Construction Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above.
