The Board of Commissioners, Brunswick, Georgia is interested in seeking proposals from a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design and permitting of improvements to the County maintained Sterling Ditch as outlined in the document titled "Sterling Recommended Storm Drainage Improvements" by Pittman Engineering as part of the Golden Isles Parkway Drainage Study project (attached) and referenced as the Concept Design. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen, at jhagen@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than April 28, 2021 . All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than May 5, 2021. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an amendment. Any discussions or documents will be considered non binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
