Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.

The Project includes: Roof Replacement, Brick Cleaning and Tuckpointing, Concrete Cleaning, Sealants, Painting, EIFS Repair and Elastomeric Coatings, Sheet Metal and Historic Bronze Door and Grill Restoration. The proposed historical exterior restoration and rehabilitation must follow the guidelines described in The Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation (Department of Interior regulations, 36 CFR 67) on the preservation of historic properties listed in or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The Historical Exterior Restoration and Rehabilitation will consist of the replacement of broken or spalled brick, repointing masonry mortar joints, concrete repair, stucco repair, single-ply membrane roof replacement, sheet metal replacement, sealant replacement, paint scraping and painting. Location- 1501 Kincaid St, Eugene, OR 97403 Clarifying questions must be submitted to Bruce Budzik (Owners Representative) via email at bbbudzik@uoregon.edu. The last day for submitting clarifying questions will be December 20, 2021 at 2:00pm (PST). Responses to all clarifying questions will be issued through addendum. Responses to questions submitted after this date and time will be at sole discretion of Owners Representative. The Contractors check or Bid Bond will be retained until the Contractor has entered into a Contract and furnished a 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bond. The maximum acceptable project duration for Roofing and Elastomeric Coatings is 4 months from June 11, 2022 through Sept 26, 2022. All other construction work including, but not limited to, exterior brick cleaning, metal stairs/ladders and punch list must be completed by December 31, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive minor informalities.
