Renovation of a recreation facility in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Renovate existing HVAC systems serving several buildings at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, IL. HVAC renovations consist of replacement of air handling units, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, and ductwork as necessary to update the existing systems in these buildings. Under Base Bid, contractor shall renovate systems as shown in these documents for the Orr Building, Junior Livestock Center, Artisan Building, Illinois Building, Bathhouse 80, and Livestock Center. Under Alternate Bid 1, include the Hobbies, Arts, and Crafts Building, and under Alternate Bid 2, include the Firehouse. Minority, Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Veteran Business Subcontractor/Supplier Participation is Applicable. CDB will evaluate the information provided in the email and, in consultation with the CPO's office, determine if the bid should be accepted or rejected.
