These technical specifications cover the purchase and delivery of one (1) portable Current Transformer (CT) test set for the Protective Relay Department of City, Water, Light & Power. Delivery of the complete unit, accessories, and all equipment shall be delivered DDP, Incoterms 2020 to the Office of Public Utilities, Substation/Relay Division, 1600 Groth St, Springfield, IL 62703. Any prospective bidder, who is in doubt as the meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or of any addenda, may submit to the Purchasing Agent a written request for interpretation. Bid security in the form of a certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Springfield, or a satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
