Renovation of a transportation facility in Alexandria, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of June 17, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City has issued the ITB to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the replacement of two (2), twenty-four feet (24') wide roll-up doors, located on the service lane side of the DASH facility and two (2), fourteen feet (14') wide roll-up doors, located on the bus wash side of the facility. All four (4) roll-up doors are fourteen feet (14') in height. The successful Bidder shall provide all goods, services, labor, required bonds and insurance that are necessary to meet or exceed the requirements and specifications contained herein. Deadline for Receipt of Vendor Questions and "or-equal" Substitution Requests April 18, 2024 at 4 p.m., local prevailing time City Issues Responses to Vendor Questions and "or-equal" Substitution Requests via Amendment April 23, 2024
