Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Cochin, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,177-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work will involve the construction of a new campground service center. The work will involve construction of a concrete block building on a reinforced concrete slab foundation (202.2 m2) along with mechanical, electrical and site developments Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten per cent of the tender and a consent of surety letter. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
