The County of Bergen desires to establish a twenty-four (24) month contract with multiple catalog vendors for the provision of goods and/or services with one 12-Month Renewal Option. Questions Due Date: Apr 19th 2021, 12:00 PM EDT All Bid Addenda will be issued on online as well as in accordance with 40A:11-23c. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act" The County has determined that multiple contracts are in the best interest of the County since it anticipated that no single vendor can meet the various needs, in type and quantity, of the using agencies. The County does not guarantee a minimum purchase with any single vendor or an amount under the contract.
