Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Remove old windows and replace with new, energy efficient windows in 5 townhouses in the Bay/Zimmer Townhouses. Work of this Project is "generally" described as removal of existing windows and providing new aluminum windows, trim and security screens. Work also includes miscellaneous painting and sealants. selective demolition includes removal of existing primary windows, frames, insect and security screens, fasteners, and exterior sealants. provide aluminum windows, frames, insect and security screens and sealants as required for a complete window system. patch and paint window jamb returns, ceiling, and sill at all windows. provide drop cloth at each window openinc. clean work area and path to door at each openinc. leave area as existed at start of work. rha will verify daily.
