DB - Remove and Replace Public Address System LOCATION: West Palm Beach VAMC NOTE: This pre-solicitation notice was originally posted on March 29, 2021 under solicitation number 36C24821R0102. It was posted as a combined synopsis/solicitation in error. PROJECT SUMMARY: Contractor to Design-Build a life safety public address system in Building 1. Contractor is required to perform a comprehensive survey of the existing facility PA system and design a new system that is all inclusive and complies with VA Design Guidance in the Technical Information Library. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide design build services. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation will be issued on or about April 15, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov and VetBiz www.vip.vetbiz.gov . *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
