The project includes Prime Construction Contracts: General to perform the work associated with the Capital Improvements Project - Phase 2 at the Parkway School, Middle School, MS Maintenance Building, MS Concessions, Bus Garage, High School, HS Concessions, and HS Press Box for the Whitesboro Central School District. Any partial sets required are to be obtained by the interested parties at their cost with no money returned. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
