FAA GRANT: 3-12-0018-013-2021 TERMINAL, HANGAR, AND APRON EXPANSION AT DEFUNIAK SPRINGS AIRPORT The proposed construction scope consists of an approx. 7,200 sf airport terminal, approx. 10,700 sf aircraft hangar, and associated parking lot, aircraft apron expansion, drainage, utilities, and security improvements. Bidders are invited to submit Proposals for this work on the Proposal Forms provided. Other proposal forms will not be accepted. The time of completion for this Work is anticipated to be 600 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion; exact time requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of DeFuniak Springs, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d) and 49 CFR, Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in Department of transportation Programs, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days.
