The Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the "COUNTY", is seeking statements of qualifications from Engineering Firms, licensed to practice in the State of Florida for professional engineering and consulting services. The County is requesting Letters of Interest from qualified and experienced firms/teams for "Professional Services" as governed by Florida Statute (FS) 287.055. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a broad range of professional services for Walton County based on the definition of "Continuing Contract" in FS 287.055. This solicitation is made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 287.055, Laws of Florida, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). Last date to submit questions is August 4th, 2022, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to waljames@co.walton.fl.us. Directing Questions to Any Other Staff, Project Engineer and Any Other Person is Prohibited and Will Result in Bid Being Disqualified. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. Firms/teams are responsible for the delivery of the qualifications package. Qualifications received after the specified day and time will not be opened. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
