Question Deadline: Tue May 11, 2021 3:00:00 PM (EDT) This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the Counties") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Roadway Construction Services Throughout the year, the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville requires Road Construction services at various locations to assist with daily Operations carried out by our Public Works Staff. The Contractors will be placed on a Roster list in the order of lowest to highest price for their services which may include Asphalt paving, Excavation equipment (Excavator, Vac Truck, Tri Axle) with Operator and traffic control persons and materials (Asphalt and granular). Contractors will be only contacted on a required basis. The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville owns and maintains 866 kilometres of roads, 85 bridges and 34 large culverts with spans equal to or greater than 3 metres. The Public Works Department implements a multi-million dollar annual capital program dedicated to new construction and rehabilitation of assets. Anticipated Execution of Agreement May 31, 2021
