Question Deadline: Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:00:00 PM (EDT) The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. 173 of the family units have gas-fired furnaces that require inspection and preventative maintenance. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this work will be started in September 2023 and completed by January 31, 2024. The successful bidder will be required to provide a $1000.00 certified cheque, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until the end of the contract period.
