This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville ("the Counties") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Sand Bay Park Privy Replacement, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFQ PARTICULARS (the "Deliverables") of the bid document. Obtain all permits for the demolition of two (2) old privies and construction of one (1) new privy. Demolition and removal and disposal of the two (2) existing 14' x 7' masonry, wood and steel vault privies. This including removal and disposal of the existing rebar reinforced concrete holding tanks. This also is to include the supply and placement and grading of any clean fill required to cover up the excavation. Supply and install one (1) new 14,000 litre holding tank in the existing footprint of the western most privy on grade with the existing paved laneway. The custom concrete top will have holes located for the toilet seat drop tubes and vent pipes and clean out lids. The tank and custom top will be designed to meet the loads limits specified in the engineered plans. Supply all materials, equipment and labour for the construction of one (1) new privy as per the attached Engineering plans. The privy is to be completed with doors painted and siding stained and ready for use. Supply and materials and labour for final grading, landscaping and clean up of the site.
