The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Richmond Water Treatment project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to the demolition of the existing raw water screening facilities, construction and installation of a new raw water screening facilities, replacement of existing raw water screening equipment, and replacement of pump variable frequency drives. This project has been prequalified under the Code of the City of Richmond, Section 21-46. Only these prequalified general contractors (RFQ No. 210004445 may engage in the competitive bid process.
