*Award amount is unreleased for publication. *Construction is complete. Work of this Contract involves Flooring Replacement at Holy Angels' Catholic School in Schreiber, Ontario. A summary of Work highlights include, but is not limited to: .1 Remove existing vinyl tile flooring and provide new resilient sheet flooring and rubber base in offices, Staff room, Kindergarten Room complete with Coat and washrooms. Refer to Architecture49 sketches SK-HA-FLR-01, SK-HAFLR-02 and SK-HA-FLR-03. The sketches generally indicate the scope of work; they are not as-built drawings, and may not identify all conditions that may affect the Work (i.e. mechanical and electrical fixtures and devices). Contractor to site verify existing conditions. .2 Refer to DST Project Specific Designated Substance Survey (April, 2021) attached. .3 Classrooms: Provide new resilient sheet flooring, complete with pattern accents and new rubber base. .4 Corridor Areas: Remove existing vinyl composite tile. Provide new resilient sheet flooring complete with new rubber base. .5 Washrooms: Contractor to remove and reinstall the existing plumbing fixtures as required to complete the work. .2 Contractor to temporarily remove/relocate loose classroom furniture as required in accordance with a room sequencing plan approved by the Owner. Existing fixed millwork to remain in place .3 Work Areas: Access to School shall be limited to the designated spaces affected by the Work. Contractors to cooperate with and notify Custodial staff in advance of work. Contractor to move contents as required to undertake work.
