3-Stop Lift Modernization at Holy Angels Separate School. A summary of Work highlights includes, but is not limited to: 1. Remove existing hoistway doors, frames and interlocks at all levels (3 levels). 2. Remove approximately 6” of block to enlarge openings for new doors. Typical all 3 levels. 3. Remove existing corridor door and frame. Typical (2) doors. 4. Disconnect and lock out all power, controls, and fire alarm wiring to existing lift equipment. 5. Remove lift cab, guide rails and all hoistway equipment. Remove all lift machine room equipment (motor, controller, governor, disconnects, etc.) 6. Drain and remove hydraulic pump tank, piping, and fluids. 7. Provide new motor & equipment 30 amp disconnect fused 15A c/w auxiliary contacts. 208VAC 3PH 60hz 3p4W fused disconnect fed from Panel A. 8. Provide new 120 VAC 1PH 60HZ 1P3W 30 amp disconnect fused 15A lift lighting fed from panel A. 9. Supply and install new opening surround caps at new openings. Typical (2) openings. 10. Patch/finish & make good all masonry work around new doors. Typical (3) doors. 11. Provide new 3 stop Garaventa Elvoron CPR vertical lift platform, finishes, lighting, and operating panels. 12. Install new hoist machine, controller, pump, and related equipment in machine room. 13. Install new guide rails and safety devices in hoistway. 14. Run new dedicated phone line to machine room. 15. Install new hoistway doors frames, and interlocks at all floors. 16. Test, adjust, and commission elevator system. Provide final inspection and certifications with TSSA authority prior to use.
