Renovation of an educational facility in Schreiber, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
New Gymnasium Lift at Holy Angels Separate School. A summary of Work highlights includes, but is not limited to: 1. Contractor to verify alignment of lift door, sunk portion of slab and opening in wall, in conjunction with existing full height block wall prior to cutting out opening in hallway. 2. Remove existing block wall in corridor, concrete slab under stage, suspended slab on stage. Cut suspended slab as tight as possible to new lift installation location to eliminate need to finish around new opening. 3. Rework existing storage drawers to suit new length. 4. Provide new slab, lintels, and structural modifications as per structural drawings 5. Relocate (2) electrical outlets as per drawings. 6. Provide new motor & equipment 30 amp disconnect fused 15A c/w auxiliary contacts. 120VAC 1PH 60hz fused disconnect fed from Panel A. 7. Supply & install new wood columns and 2x8 wall as shown on structural drawings. 8. Supply & install new framed walls underneath suspended slab. 9. Patch & make good all masonry work around new door frame as shown on drawings. 10. Supply & install new 2 stop Garaventa Genesis enclosure, vertical lift platform, finishes lighting, and operating panels. 11. Test, adjust, and commission elevator system. Provide final inspection and certifications with TSSA authority prior to use. Deadline for Questions: February 20th, 2026, 5:00 pm (EST)
