Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** River Crossing Sanitary Lift Station Facility located at 515 Illinois Avenue, Ottawa, IL 61350. Project Description: The work consists of a multi-level masonry and concrete building of approximately 1,500 square feet. Work will consist of site work, concrete work, masonry, metals, thermal and moisture protection, doors, windows, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and specialty sanitary lift station equipment and additional work as indicated. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract. Selected Bidders must assure that all persons employed by Bidder, and all applicants for such employment, will not be discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin. Selected Bidder will be required to pay not less than the prevailing minimum rate of wages as found by the Department of Labor or determined by the court on review shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this Contract. Selected Bidder will be required to provide certified payroll indicating full compliance with State of Illinois requirements. The City of Ottawa encourages minority business firms to submit Bids and the successful contract Bidder to use minority businesses as Subcontractors for suppliers, equipment, services, and construction. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests.
