The project's major components consist of a 25,915 square foot main building and a 11,022 square foot climate-controlled garage. The main building includes office space, public service answering point, holding cells, sally port, secure evidence storage, locker rooms, conference rooms, storage space, utility space and general building areas. The climate-controlled garage includes special team vehicles, maintenance space, utility space, and general building areas.
