Renovation of an educational facility in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,878-square-foot educational facility.
This project consists of 1,878 Sq. Ft. of Interior Renovations It is shown as two phases but it will all be done at the same time as one single job. Timeline is May 28th thru August 6th Substantial. September 10111 2021. There are only two approvediGC Bidders; AD Whittaker and Haley Builders, Inc. Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition, Steel Lintels, Metal Stud Framing, Casework, Joint Sealants, Steel Doors, Frame, Wood Doors and Hardware, Aluminum Storefront, Metal Stud Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Resilient Flooring & Base, Carpet Squares, Painting, Ceramic Tile Patching, Tack & Marker Boards, Mechanical and Electrical. As of May 19, 2021 an awarded general contractor has been confirmed and a start to construction is scheduled for end of May 2021.
