Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The proposed work consists on providing the material and workmanship necessary to produce a quality flake epoxy-based floor coating system. All work shall be implemented in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and shall be performed in a manner satisfactory to the Owner. The Park District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
