South Carson Street Landscaping Maintenance Contract Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the South Carson Street Landscape Maintenance Contract. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project sites prior to submitting bids. See attached maps for reference of the landscaping area locations. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson Citys website. It is each bidder responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid QUESTIONS must be submitted in writing via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department. You are encouraged to visit the City website for that recommendation or contact Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org for the recommendation. AWARD will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for June 3, 2021. The Carson City Board of Supervisors meeting will be held in the Bob Crowell Board Room of the Carson City Community Center, 851 East William Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701 beginning at 8:30 a.m. PRICES must be quoted FOB Carson City, Nevada and are valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the BID OPENING.
